For children who do not attend day care but whose parents feel it is important for them to interact with other children, the preschool is a perfect solution.

The aim of the playgroup is to create optimal development opportunities for all children aged 2 to 4 by offering versatile and appropriate play opportunities. Here, children learn to play together and show consideration for each other. They learn to express themselves with song, dance and materials and play in an environment where language plays an important role.

Because the playgroup is part of the Integrated Child Centre, every child is followed from a continuous development line. The transition from playgroup to primary school is thus made easy and takes place in consultation with the school management.

Several professionals work in the groups. They are additionally VVE-certified (Early childhood education).
This is extra guidance for children to prevent any developmental delays. While playing, these children receive extra attention in areas such as language learning.

The preschool is open on the same days that the affiliated IKC school is open.
